A user session is a series of user interactions on your web app, beginning with the first page they visit and ending with a period of inactivity lasting longer than 30 minutes.
"Activity" is defined as any user mouse movement, clicks, or scrolls. For example, if a user visits the website landing page, then the app, and then refreshes the page all within 30 minutes of each other, the entire experience is recorded in a single session. If the user returns back to the site after another hour, a new session recording starts from the moment that they do the first action. If a user is inactive and revisits your site, the session will split in the middle of a single page, after 30 minutes of inactivity. The new session will start with the page they resumed the activity on.
